Learn to plan and carry out a snowshoeing trip into natural sites in local areas.

Purpose:

Learn how and where to snowshoe in Southern Ontario. Enjoy the incredible scenery and serenity that snowshoeing offers.

• trip planning and logistics
• gear selection
• proper footwear and clothing considerations
• menus and water supply, and,
• sample trip routes. 

Duration:

One evening classroom session and several one-day hikes.
